Hello there! Thank you for joining me today for my completed Best Dressed gift tote bag.
As shown in yesterday’s video tutorial, it’s very easy to die-cut the tote with DSP to cut along the detail stitched lines, that I referred to as perforated.
In the pictures. you can see how the DSP flows without a pattern break on the panels. As this is a very busy pattern, it’s easier to turn it over and trim the other side with Paper Snips.
Purple Posy CS was used for the tote with Tufted 3D EF on the front pocket. I colored up the lipstick with Smoky Slate and Petal Pink Stampin’ Blends. The rest of the images were stamped with Petal Pink and Purple Posy. A tassel was tied around the left front strap with Mint Macaron ribbon, all from the product suite.
The tissue paper matches perfectly, thanks to my Paper Pumpkin subscription, which I generally save to use on projects just like this. Thank you for stopping by for a visit. Have a great day and God bless.
