Hello there! Thank you for joining me today for Brightly Gleaming + Everything is Rosy for a very non-traditional Christmas card.
The weirdest thing happened. I made this week’s projects a few weeks ago and literally have no idea where I placed them, so you’re going to get a description from the pictures. I incorporated the Everything is Rosy bundle into this card, which is currently 15% off, using the Melon Mambo ribbon and copper discs. There’s tone-on-tone stamping on the bulbs in Blushing Bride, Mint Macaron, and Melon Mambo, then punched out.
The greenery was stamped in Mint Macaron to dress up the top of the bulbs. This is honestly my favorite image of the season. It’s incredibly easy to color, fussy cut, and the color combinations are endless, as well as cutting apart the image itself after stamping to really customize your creations. A double-bowed Melon Mambo ribbon was adhered to the top of the center bulb. I used a gold pen to draw strings to give the illusion of the bulbs hanging from the top of the Whisper White image panel. The sentiment was heat embossed with Copper embossing powder and I added a 3/4″ gingham Blushing Bride strip of DSP to the bottom under the sentiment to ground the bottom of the design.
