Hello there! Thank you for joining me today for our last challenge of the year for Stampin’ Up! Only Challenges #341 featuring the usual month long Christmas theme and Let’s Craft & Create Challenge #202 where anything goes with an option and this month, it’s a vintage feel.
T0day’s cards are created from the Sending Cheer Bundle in the Holiday Catalog on page 32. This is a fantastic tag set that’s a little bit of a sleeper. I decided to glam these up by using our specialty paper for the shimmer. These were super easy and fun to make. The large glitter die-cut images are a stark contrast to the 3 layers of Basic White CS with the little accent hearts and embossed white sentiment.
Real Red, Wild Wheat, Pretty Peacock, Highland Heather, Starry Sky, and White Glimmer specialty paper with Loose Holly Gems & Sequins and the Christmas Tidings EF are the main ingredients with lots of Stampin’ Dimensionals.
As always, project specific supplies with basic supplies are below.
All 5 card bases were cut to A2 size with a Basic White CS mat and another piece embossed in the Christmas Tidings EF. The embossed panel was adhered to the mat with liquid adhesive and then adhered to the Basic White Thick CS base with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
All of the dies were cut from glimmer paper and adhered with Stampin’ Dimensionals. The hearts were adhered with a Fine-Tip Glue Pen. The Loose Holly Gems & Sequins were adhered with Mini Glue Dots.
Lastly, the sentiments were stamped with Versamark ink, heat embossed in white powder, cut to size, and adhered with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
