Hello there! Thank you for joining me today for some simple stamping with heat embossing featuring the new Trees For Sale stamp set in the new Holiday Mini Catalog with the coordinating die-cuts in the upcoming Sale-A-Bration brochure. These products will be available to you on July 1, 2022.
There is literally nothing I don’t love in both the aforementioned publications and was so happy that Trees For Sale had their own coordinating die-cuts, not to mention the most incredible standalone dies featuring campers, banner, everything; it’s all there.
I was able to line everything up perfectly using my Stamparatus and moving my cardstock while the image stays in the same position on the door of the Stamparatus. I use the grid mats in the Stamparatus to determine this.
These are great cards to mass produce, despite the heat embossing detail.
I combined my neutrals and metallics for these clean and simple cards. Both cards were created exactly the same. I just changed the neutral in the image panel using Basic White and Very Vanilla.
As always, your shopping Supplies and Instructions, including measurements, are below.
I started out with two A2 top-folding landscape 5-1/2 x 4-1/4 Crumb Cake card bases. I cut the image panels from Basic White and Very Vanilla Regular CS from the largest Deckled Rectangle Die. The image panels are Basic White Regular and Very Vanilla Regular CS, so you will want to cut 2 of everything, if you choose to recreate.
The solid tree images from Trees For Sale were stamped on the Deckled Rectangle panel in Shaded Spruce, Garden Green, and Old Olive, from left to right.
I used the low setting on my Heat Tool to completely dry the ink to move to my heat embossing.
At exactly 1-1/4″ from the bottom of the image panel, I lightly scored a line to give me a visual of where I wanted to place my Linen Thread and sentiment for balance.
I stamped the sentiment from Trees For Sale with Versamark ink onto the center bottom below the scored line, coated it with our silver embossing powder, then heat set.
For the trees, I stamped the overlay image atop of the Christmas Tree images in Versamark ink, coated with our gold embossing powder, and heat set.
I tied my Linen Thread around the scored line and bowed it to the left.
For final assembly, I added a large Melon Mambo Solid Faceted Gem to the bottom right of the sentiment.
This panel was adhered to the Crumb Cake card base with Seal adhesive.
For the inside of the card, the image/sentiment panel was also cut from the largest Deckled Rectangle Die.
The line and bulbs were stamped with Versamark at the top left corner and heat embossed with gold powder. I used a Sweet Sorbet Stampin’ Write Marker to color in the bulbs.
The sentiment was stamped in Versamark at the bottom left, coated with silver powder, and heat embossed.
The panel was adhered to the inside card base with Seal adhesive.
This project was true to the Trees For Sale stamp set and Tree Lot Dies.
I hope you enjoyed today’s project and please let me know if you have any questions.
Thank you for stopping by for a visit and have a great day!
