Hello there! Thank you for joining me today for more projects created from the 2022 Holiday Mini Catalog of Trees For Sale and the Tree Lot Dies in Sale-A-Bration, available to you on July 1, 2022, and Tea Boutique Designer Series Paper from the Annual Catalog.
I brought in 2 standalone die-cut sets and the luscious For Everything Fancy Sequins to embellish. These sequins are a MUST have. There are 9 different shapes in 3 colors and they absolutely match with everything. The neutrals, shapes, metallics, clear, sparkle …
Trees For Sale with the coordinating Tree Lot Dies are an absolute must have for this holiday season!
I’m trying to work ahead a little bit just in case I do something stupid again, like break a rib or leg, which is how I spent my 2021 Summer and Fall. I will continue to feature Annual Catalog projects and share with you how to create holidays from Annual Catalog products, such as this CARD I featured last week.
The Tea Boutique Designer Series Paper was key in these designs with the neutral patterns in my chosen colors, that I have a tendency to gravitate towards.
All 3 cards are notecard size of 3-1/2 x 5 that I cut from Basic White Thick CS. Everything was stamped and die-cut the same, but in different colors.
This is a fantastic card to mass produce and is very easy to create.
As always, your shopping Supplies and Instructions, including measurements, are below.
These are so easy to create where the visuals will provide better detail than any narrative.
I cut the Basic White Thick CS bases to 3-1/2 x 10 and scored at 5″ for a top-folding card.
The designer series paper from Tea Boutique was cut to the same measurements and adhered to the card base with liquid adhesive.
You can use Seal to adhere if you’d like. I use liquid adhesive because it’s more cost effective. A lot of crafters shy away from that, as it does have a tendency to warp. The key is applying the glue super light around the edges and scribbling in the center. It does eventually end up spreading to even out when you apply pressure to it. It’s one of those things you have to experiment with.
How I stamped the trees from Trees For Sale is the solid image with the detail image on top in the following colors:
- Balmy Blue and Tahitian Tide.
- Blushing Bride and Polished Pink.
- Soft Sea Foam and Parakeet Party.
The image mats were cut from:
- Balmy Blue.
- Blushing Bride.
- Soft Seafoam.
The sentiment was stamped in Memento Tuxedo Black using my Stamparatus for the perfect placement thing.
The image panels were cut from the Layering Circles Dies with the mat cut from Stylish Shapes Dies.
For final assembly, the image panels were adhered to the card base with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
I did not intentionally pick my color palette to perfectly work with the For Everything Fancy Sequins but, it worked out perfectly. Considering these are clean and simple cards, they needed a little spice.
I randomly sprinkled on the sequins and adhered them to the card base with liquid adhesive using the Take Your Pick tool.
I hope you enjoyed today’s projects and please let me know if you have any questions.
Thank you for stopping by for a visit and have a great day!
