Hello there! Thank you for joining me today for a very simple stamping and coloring project featuring Sailing Home stamp set with coordinating Smooth Sailing Dies and Love of Leaves for my sentiments.
Sailing Home is one of our cling mount sets, i.e., rubber stamps, which are very easy to color on using your Stampin’ Write Markers. NEVER use your Stampin’ Blends on any of our images, as this is an alcohol-based marker and will damage your images.
I started out with an A2 landscape top-folding 5-1/2 x 4-1/4 Basic White Thick card base and center layered on a 5-1/2 x 1-3/4 piece of Balmy Blue and white stripe designer series paper from You’re a Peach. We do have a Designer Series Paper sale starting on July 1 that I invite you to check out and stock up.
I colored the boats with Stampin’ Write Markers with the water in Balmy Blue, the headsail and mainsail in Real Red and Night of Navy, with Basic Black for the bottom, mast, and lifts, onto Basic White Thick. I then colored in the sails with a Stampin’ Blend Marker in Light Poppy Parade and Light Misty Moonlight. The images were adhered with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
The sentiment was stamped with Memento Tuxedo Black.
