Hello there! Thank you for joining me today for a preview into the Spring, January-June 2022 Mini Catalog, where I am featuring a sneak peek into the amazing Sweet Talk Product Suite, which is still a Handmade Holidays project.
As you know, I am definitely not one down for Valentine’s Day, but I absolutely could not resist this fun collection products. The card I created today would be a great masculine card. I incorporated the Sweet Stockings DSP from the Holiday Catalog in Pool Party and the Subtles 6 x 6 DSP in Petal Pink; both of which perfectly coordinate with the colors in the Sweet Talk Product Suite.
The Sweet Talk Suite Collection includes:
- Sweet Conversations photopolymer stamp set.
- Sweet Hearts Dies.
- Sweet Little Boxes.
- Iridescent Rhinestone Basic Pearls.
- Real Red Faux Linen Ribbon.
- Sweet Talk Designer Series Paper.
Your shopping Supplies are below and measurements are in the description.
I started out with an A2 top-folding -1/4 x 5-1/2 card base in Real Red and cut a piece of Basic White Regular CS with the largest Stitched Rectangle Die. I stamped the sentiment at the bottom of this panel in Memento Tuxedo Black and ran the panel partially through the Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine with the Gingham EF that is included in the suite collection. I kinotted the luscious Real Red Faux Linen Ribbon, which is a dream to work with, at the bottom of the panel as shown.
I chose 4 pieces of designer series paper, with the 2nd and 4th row of hearts cut from the Sweet Talk Designer Series Paper and coordinating Sweet Heart Dies; with the 1st row cut from Subtles 6 x 6 DSP in Petal Pink and 3rd row from Sweet Stockings DSP in Pool Party.
I used the lines embossed in from the Gingham EF to help me line up the hearts aesthetically. I adhered the bottom row of hearts first, the top row second, and balanced in the 2nd and 3rd rows, all of which were adhered with our liquid adhesive.
The image and sentiment panel was adhered to the card base with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
For the inside of the card, I cut another piece of Basic White Regular CS from the largest Stitched Rectangle Die and stamped the sentiment in Memento Tuxedo Black at the top left. I die-cut several hearts from the coordinating DSP and dies to adhere to the inside right with liquid adhesive. This panel was adhered to the inside with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
I always doll up my envelopes and cut a piece of coordinating DSP measuring 6 x 2-3/8, added Seal to the flap of the envelope, adhered the DSP, and trimmed around the flap to even up. Another heart was cut from the DSP to use as a seal to close the envelope with.
This fabulous suite collection will be available to you on January 4, 2022, or today at a discount when you join my team.
I hope you enjoyed today’s project. If you have any questions about this card, please let me know. Thank you for stopping by for a visit and have a great day!
