SUO Challenge 292: Designer’s Choice + Sweet Talk Suite Collection Valentine’s Day Gift Box

Hello there! Thank you for joining me today for Stampin’ Up! Only Challenge 292 (#SUOC292), where our challenge is Designer’s Choice. I created a fun Sweet Talk Suite Collection Valentine’s Day Candy Box for you.

We hope that you join us for our challenge today!

Sweet Talk Suite Collection is our flagship Valentine’s Day suite for 2022 and is so much fun to take apart to create whatever you want. I’ve been having way too much fun with this suite, and you will too.

ALL of these NEW FABULOUS PRODUCTS are now available to you TODAY + a FREE Sale-A-Bration product choices(s) with a $50 product order BEFORE shipping.

I created my box and everything else from the product suite, which is an absolute testimony as to how far out of the box you can take this suite. You’re also going to be seeing this one a lot over the next few weeks. There are so many products in this suite collection that I only brought in a few basic products of cardstock and a piece of Baker’s Twine.

I’ve decided to do Valentine’s Day this year and this suite collection certainly helps me out with this with the treat boxes, embellishments, and more!

I have created so many of these boxes with the suite color combinations + taking them a hue up or down, for my kids, family, and friends.

This is another suite collection where if you purchase from me, I am offering a private and FREE online live card and gift box class with you on February 7 featuring exclusive designs.

As always, your shopping Supplies and Instructions, including measurements, are below. This is one of those projects to where you can visually put it together yourself without too much detail.

One of the suite colors is Petal Pink, which is my favorite. For some reason, I accidentally used Blushing Bride, which is not a color I reach for often, and it all worked out.

I started out by assembling the box and then measuring out my card stock and designer series paper, the measurements of which are below. Since the boxes open on the short side, I adhered the wrap directly to the box with Tear & Tape. I used liquid adhesive to secure the DSP to the CS. I measured a length of the luscious Real Red Linen Ribbon to tie around the box to bow at the top.

After assembling the box included in the suite, I started to cut tags, envelopes, and hearts from the suite colors. The tag was cut and stamped from/with Highland Heather with the XO image. I cut a Blushing Bride heart and stamped it in Blushing Bride with the stripe image. I cut the Granny Apple Green heart from the coordinating DSP. The Blushing Bride heart was adhered to the tag with Stampin Dimensionals with the DSP heart adhered with liquid adhesive and Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals. A small Iridescent Rhinestone Basic Jewel was adhered to the top right of the heart. I threaded a piece of Basic White Baker’s Twine through the tag, added Stampin’ Dimensionals to the back of the tag, and adhered the tag to the box.

I cut the envelope die from Blushing Bride, folded it up, and left the top flap open to insert and adhere the Poppy Parade stamped heart from Basic White CS with a Mini Stampin’ Dimensional. I added a large jewel from the suite collection at the top right.

For the envelope image and sentiment panel, I stamped a Blushing Bride heart image in the center and stamped the Poppy Parade sentiment on top, that was adhered with Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I place a few strips of Tear & Tape on the back of the envelope and adhered it to the box.

For one final embellishment, I adhered another large rhinestone jewel above the tag on the left of the box.

When you open the box, 5 Hershey’s Nuggets are wrapped. This is just the cutest thing ever!

hope you enjoyed today’s project and please let me know if you have any questions.

Thank you for stopping by for a visit and have a great day!
