Hello there! Thank you for joining me today for Stampin’ Up! Only Challenges #295 where we have a technique challenge of heat embossing and hope that you join us!
This simple stamping project is ink, paper, and stamps that was created with the Forever Fern Bundle, which has been a favorite of mine since it was released.
I did a lot of stamping off with this card to achieve different variations of my ink colors with my Clear Blocks.
Soft Sea Foam, Granny Apple Green, Pear Pizzazz, Coastal Cabana, Soft Suede, and Early Espresso are the colors used on this card.
As always, your shopping Supplies and Instructions, including measurements, are below.
I started out with an A2 landscape Basic White Thick CS base. I figured out how far up I wanted my DSP to be, made a tic mark at the far left side with a pencil, and started to stamp out my images in the following order:
- Soft Sea Foam was stamped off x3-4 with the largest image from Forever Fern across the card.
- Granny Apple Green was stamped in full strength x2 at the far left of the card.
- Coastal Cabana was stamped in full strength x2 at the right of the card.
- Soft Suede was stamped off 2-3x to accent the card.
After I stamped out the images, I adhered the Pear Pizzazz DSP to the bottom of the card base with Seal.
I stamped my sentiment onto Early Espresso CS from Forever Fern in Versamark ink and heat embossed it with our white powder using my heat tool. This was directly adhered to the top of the DSP with liquid adhesive. Three Iridescent Rhinestone Basic Jewels from the Sweet Talk Suite Collection was adhered to the sentiment panel on the left.
This was such an easy card to create and another one on the gender neutral caliber.
I hope you enjoyed today’s project and please let me know if you have any questions.
Thank you for stopping by for a visit and have a great day!
