Concept Art with Birds & Branches

Hello there! Thank you for joining me today for a Concept Art card created with the Birds & Branches Bundle that I have sorely neglected for the past few years.

As always, your Supplies and Instructions are below.

I’ve been making a lot of A2 landscape cards lately and this is no exception. I started out with a Petal Pink card base and layered on Poppy Parade script DSP with Seal and the image panel after I stamped the Crumb Cake branches and Just Jade leaves.

However, I stamped, colored, heat embossed, and die-cut the bird, nest, and eggs first; before I stamped the branches and leaves. I used the die-cut images for placement.

The bird was stamped with Memento Tuxedo Black and colored in with an Ivory and Poppy Parade Stampin’ Blends Markers. As you know, I always leave the original image on the door of my Stamparatus so I can re-stamp the image after coloring to keep it crisp. The eggs were stamped in Pool Party with the next in Crumb Cake. The sentiment was stamped onto a piece of Basic Gray CS and white heat embossed. All of the above images were adhered to the image panel with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

It’s easy to see the incredible dimension and texture with our stamping, adhering, heat embossing, and Just Jade Ribbon for an accent under the sentiment panel.

I hope you enjoyed today’s card.

Thank you for stopping by for a visit. Have a great day and God bless.
