Garden Walk Suite Collection

Hello there! Thank you for joining me today for a set of birthday cards created from the fabulous Garden Walk Suite Collection. Can you believe it’s already October? This year has flown by and it’s officially Autumn, which I love, but not a pumpkin spice fan on any level.

This is such a versatile suite with stunning core colors, beautiful designer series paper, braided linen trim, and lovely pearls.

I have a hunch this will carry over to the Spring Catalog without the designer series paper, pearls, and linen trim, so be sure to pick those up before long. This has been a tremendously popular suite collection thus far.

I had zero birthday cards in my stash so sat down during a thunderstorm to mass produce these cards that took less than an hour. I did some cutting, embossing, tearing, tying, and some simple stamping. There’s several layers to these cards with incredible dimension and patterns with a sketch that can be used for any occasion.

I went about cutting my card bases, the Shimmery White CS mat, and the embossed panels in the colors listed below.

I adhered the embossed panel to the Shimmery White CS with liquid adhesive and then adhered this to the card base with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

Next, I cut my designer series paper to 1 x 4 and added Stampin’ Dimensionals to the back of these panels and adhered them to the card base as shown above.

I cut my sentiment panels to size and stamped the sentiment atop from Garden Walk. I cut the Distressed Gold Specialty Paper to size and tore the bottom. These were adhered up under the sentiment panel with  1/8″ Tear & Tape that was in the August or September 2023 Paper Pumpkin Kit. I stacked 2 Stampin’ Dimensionals at the each far end of the sentiment panel.

I tied a bow from the Calypso Coral Braided Linen Trim and adhered this to the middle DSP panel with a Mini Glue Dot and then adhered the sentiment at center over the bow.

For final assembly, I added 1 large and 2 small Blooming Pearls to embellish.
