Hello there! Thank you for joining me today for Global Design Project #425 where there is a 2-week fun color challenge of fresh, spring colors.
I hope you and yours have a very Merry Christmas. It’s going to be a busy one for me and one I’m looking forward to.
I’m featuring the new Hooray For Surprises Bundle available to you on January 4, 2024, for this challenge going clean and simple. I also used new Adhesive-Backed Hearts & Flowers to embellish.
As always, project specific supplies with basic supplies are below.
I started out with my Basic Thick White CS base and cut a piece of Basic White Regular CS to use as a mat that I ran through the Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine in the Fern 3D Embossing Folder. I adhered this panel to the card base with liquid adhesive.
I stamped the large flower from Hooray For Surprises x3 onto Basic White Regular CS with Petal Pink, Daffodil Delight, and Pool Party ink, and the cut from their coordinating Hooray For Surprises Die-cuts. I cut the small leaf from the dies from the challenge colors x3.
I stamped the sentiment onto Gray Granite CS with Versamark, embossed in white powder, and cut to size.
For final assembly, the flowers were adhered to the card base with Stampin’ Dimensionals and the leaves with liquid adhesive. The heart embellishments were used to embellish.
Lastly, I adhered the sentiment strip across the card base with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
I kept the inside simple stamping the sentiment in Basic Gray ink and added my images and embellishments in Daffodil Delight.
I hope you enjoyed today’s project and please let me know if you have any questions.
Thank you for stopping by for a visit and have a great day!
