Harvest Hellos Watercolor Pencil Friendship Cards

Hello there! Thank you for joining me today for two Harvest Hellos watercolor friendship cards.

I decided to sit down one day and color these apples and here we are. I love the line art apple and pumpkin in this bundle with the typewritten sentiments. Always shop your stash to mix and match what you have on hand for more design options and have fun going outside of the traditional box, such as the card on the left with the green apple. Having a set of alphabet die-cuts on hand allows you to truly customize any project, as seen on the card on the right with the red apple.

These cards have some fabulous dimension to them with the CS/DSP layering and added texture with stamping, dimension, patterns, and watercolor pencil layering. The lettering and pumpkin stems are stacked x3 for additional dimension. The products and measurements for both cards are listed for you below.

I stamped Buffalo Check onto Whisper White CS with Balmy Blue ink to use as a mat. The apple was stamped in Early Espresso and colored in with Real Red, Cherry Cobbler, Rich Razzleberry, and Early Espresso. Hand-Lettered Prose was die-cut from Crumb Cake CS for the sentiment and punched 3x for the apple stem. A piece of Real Red CS with the scallop edge from Stitched Be Mine was die-cut into the edges with the Whisper White sentiment and image panel on top, all adhered to a Crumb Cake card base. The Old Olive Linen Thread is left over from a recent Paper Pumpkin Kit. The apple leaves were punched from Pear Pizzazz CS.

Mossy Meadow, Garden Lane DSP, and Silver Foil Paper leaves with the silver-edged ribbon makes a great friendship card with a little bit of unexpected silver elegance. The stem is stacked x3 from Early Espresso CS. The apple was colored in with Pear Pizzazz, Old Olive, Granny Apple Green, Daffodil Delight, Early Espresso, and Calypso Coral watercolor pencils. The sentiment was stamped in Mossy Meadow from Tropical Chic.
