I have two concept art cards for you today. Both are very easy to make with one focusing on inking and punching with the other using the Wrapped in Plaid DSP and punching. You can make some beautiful mass production or one-of-a-kind projects from this suite.
For our first card, we have a 5-1/2 x 4-1/4 top-folding Mint Macaron card base with the largest Stitched Rectangle die-cut from Mint Macaroon adhered directly to the card base. Nine trees were punched out from the DSP, with 3 of them being the same pattern. The sentiment was stamped in Mint Macaron ink onto a 1″ strip of Whisper White CS and banner punched with Triple Banner. A gold jingle bell was tied to a piece of Linen Thread and adhered to the end of the sentiment banner with a glue dot and Stampin’ Dimensionals.
There’s some great dimension on this card with the sentiment banner and Christmas trees. The center tree on the top is layered up with Stampin’ Dimensionals after I glued the same pattern tree to the bottom. The far left and right trees on the bottom are also on dimensionals. Five Gold Foil Paper medium stars were punched out from Twinkle Builder and strung across the bottom center tree.
For this card, I changed out the trees and colors of the top half. This is the same size card as above with a Whisper White image panel cut to 5-1/4 x 4 adhered with Stampin’ Dimensionals. A light watercolor wash was painted on with Mint Macaron in the background for the trees. The trees were stamped using the various images in the Perfectly Plaid stamp set directly onto the background and punched out for dimension, as seen below.
The sentiment was stamped onto a 1/2″ strip of Real Red CS with Versamark ink and heat embossed with white powder. A length of Linen Thread was tied around the end with a banner punched into it. A strip of DSP grounds the trees. Two pinecones were stamped onto Crumb Cake CS with Soft Suede ink and fussy cut. Five Clear Epoxy Droplets were scattered about the card.
I hope you enjoyed today’s projects. I will have some tags up for you tomorrow using this same product suite. Thank you for stopping by for a visit today. Have a great day and God bless.
