Joyful Flurry + Snow Crystal

Hello there and Happy Thanksgiving! Thank you for joining me today for card created with the Joyful Flurry Bundle and Snow Crystal. I hope all of you are enjoying your day.

I brought in a few additional embellishments of our Wonderful Snowflakes and Metallic Mesh Ribbon, along with heat embossing and a pop of Real Red.

Even though I created this post a few weeks ago, it was snowing out and way too early. It’s going to be a bad winter.

As always, your shopping Supplies and Instructions, including measurements, are below.

I started out with an A2 Basic Gray CS base and stamped the large Snow Crystal stamp around the outside with Versamark ink for some subtle texture and set that aside to work on the image panel.

I cut the image panel to size and used my Stamparatus to arrange and perfectly line up the 3 of the snowflake images keeping in mind that I needed to use the small snowflake again on the opposite side. Once I got the stamps on the door of the Stamparatus, I applied our Embossing Buddy Bag on the Basic Gray CS, inked the images up with Versamark ink, stamped, and then set with White Embossing Powder.

For the 4th snowflake, I simply flipped the CS by 180 and inserted it back into the Stamparatus and repeated the above for perfect alignment.

I cut the sentiment mat and panel from Real Red and Basic White CS from the coordinating Frosted Flurry Dies and stamped the sentiment in Basic Gray ink onto the Basic White CS. I adhered the sentiment to the mat with liquid adhesive.

For final assembly, the image mat was adhered to the card base with Black Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I cut a length of our Metallic Mesh Ribbon and pulled it apart to create a thread nest of sorts. I secured this to the image mat with a little bit of Seal Adhesive.

I pulled in one of our Wonderful Snowflakes and added a Stampin’ Dimensional to the back center and adhered it to the card base.

I added more Stampin’ Dimensionals to the back of the sentiment and adhered it over the snowflake and ribbon.

For the inside, I stamped the 2 sentiments in Read Real ink and the large snowflake in Smoky Slate ink, then adhered the panel to the card base with Seal.

I hope you enjoyed today’s food coma, project, and please let me know if you have any questions. I’ll see you next week.

Thank you for stopping by for a visit and have a great day!
