Hello there! Thank you for joining me today for a Kerchief Card Kit alternative design.
The Kerchief Card Kit is in the Sale-A-Bration 2020 Brochure and is FREE with a purchase of $50 before taxes and shipping, from any current publication. I made an alternative card to share with you today and the measurements are below.
As you know, I’m a huge fan of staple items and the Golden Honey Specialty DSP is no exception. This is also in the Sale-A-Bration 2020 Brochure and I got it for the black and white patterns. I’ve also incorporated Annual Catalog products and really utilized what I have on hand.
The gold heat embossed background “dots” were stamped with Versamark onto Basic Black CS with the stamen image from Floral Essence, which really takes this out of the box. Part of the sentiment was also heat embossed with white powder from Well Said. The Gold Foil “birthday” die-cut is from Well Written. The rose and leaves are from the Kerchief Card Kit.
My apologies for no video this week due to the flu. Thank you for stopping by for a visit. Have a great Sunday and God bless.

- Card base: A2 top-folding Whisper White Thick CS.
- Left DSP panel: 1-1/2 x 5-1/2 Golden Honey Specialty DSP.
- Right panel: Basic Black 3-1/3 x 5-1/2.
- Use the Embossing Buddy on the top left and bottom right of the Basic Black panel, then randomly stamp with the largest stamen from Floral Essence with Versamark ink. Apply gold embossing powder, remove the excess, then heat emboss.
- Arrange and adhere with Liquid Multipurpose Glue the rose and leaf images to the Basic Black CS. Snip off the image overhang from the panel.
- Die-cut “birthday” from Well Written Dies from Goil Foil CS.
- Place the “birthday” die-cut onto the Black CS panel to get a sense of where you want to stamp “Happy” from the Well Said stamp set.
- Stamp “Happy” with Versamark ink, apply white embossing powder, remove the excess, then heat emboss. Secure the “birthday” die-cut to the panel.
- Place Black Stampin’ Dimensionals onto the back of the Basic Black panel and adhere to the right side of the card.
Looks like a pretty kit! Beautiful card!
I hope you’re feeling better!
