Lovely You Bundle + Sunny Sentiments Simple Stamping Card

Hello there! Thank you for joining me today for a simple stamping project created with the Lovely You Bundle and Sunny Sentiments.

This bundle and stamp set have been sitting on my shelf since their release and I’m so happy I broke them out yesterday for a little play, using bright and fresh spring colors.

The Lovely You Bundle has fabulous sentiments and a punch that can be used with and for anything. I’m a huge fan of the large sentiments found in Sunny Sentiments.

The physical therapy for my broken leg has taken up a lot more of my schedule than I anticipated. This is going to be a very long year process and 9 more months to go!

The Hostess Pattern Party Designer Series Paper really grounds this simple design with my diagonal cut and is one of my favorite DS papers from the Annual Catalog.

I started out with a Blushing Bride card base and layered on a piece of Pattern Party DSP with Seal.

I cut a length of Metallic Mesh Ribbon, adhered it to the center of the card with Seal, and trimmed the edges to the card base to break up the busyness of the DSP and multi-color stamping.

This was a very easy card to create and with changing the colors, you could get a lot of mileage out of this design and sketch.

I cut the image and sentiment panel from the largest Seasonal Labels Die first and then stamped my way around.

The flowers were stamped in Flirty Flamingo and Pale Papaya. The greenery was stamped with Granny Apple Green amd the embellishment image in Blushing Bride.

I added Stampin’ Dimensionals to the back of the image/sentiment panel and adhered this to the center of the card base.

I scattered about 3 Silver Metallic Pearls on the panel.

I kept the inside of the card very simple. I enjoy creating projects like this that really come out of the middle of nowhere when you can just sit down and wing it.
