Make the Cards Challenge 41: Background Technique Stamping with Merriest Moments Bundle

Hello there! Thank you for joining me today for Make the Cards Challenge 42 MTCC#42, where we have a technique challenge of background stamping, and hope that you join us!

You can either use a background stamp that would cover a card front OR use many different stamps to create your own background, which is what I did for today’s challenge.

Now, onto today’s project, and, as always, your shopping Supplies and Instructions, with measurements, are below:

This time around, I started out with a side-folding landscape A2 card base of Granny Apple Green measuring 5-1/2 x 4-1/4.

I cut a piece of Brights 6 x 6 DSP to adhere to the left side of the card base and cut a piece of Basic White Regular for my sentiment and images.

I used the following colors to stamp around various images from Merriest Moments around the image/sentiment panel of: Coastal Cabana for the snowflakes, Pear Pizzazz for the round leaf pattern and stamped off once for the small fir image, and Just Jade for the large fir image.

The holly leaves were stamped in Granny Apple Green with the berries in Real Red. These were the only images that were adhered to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

The snowflake from Snowflake Wishes was stamped in Coastal Cabana.

The image/sentiment panel was adhered to the card base with Stampin’ Dimensionals, as were the holly berries and leaves.

I used the same formula as above to complete the inside of the card.
