Hello there! Happy Halloween … and here’s a Christmas card for you!
Brightly Gleaming is one of my favorite bundles this year, although it’s extremely difficult to pick just one. I love the colors, the fact that there’s metallic elements, fantastic line art that affords you a lot of techniques, with large images and sentiments. Today’s project is a little bit more metallic hijacking a bow from Cup of Cheer Dies die-cutting from Everything is Rosy Copper Foil Sheets and overall using minimal supplies.
My card base is Mossy Meadow with the sentiment and holly belly stamped in Pretty Peacock. Foil Elements were used to give the illusion of hanging bulbs with the little copper bows from Cup of Cheer dies on the top of the bulbs, which were punched out from the DSP and adhered to the image panel with Stampin’ Dimensionals. A copper star was placed on the left to balance out the metallics and to keep the Rule of Odds.
The color combinations are endless that you can use on this design and I really like using Very Vanilla CS in the winter to warm it all up. Thank you for stopping by for a visit. Have a great day and God bless.
