Make the Cards Challenge #65: Halloween

Hello there! Thank you for joining me today for Make the Cards Challenge #65, where our theme is Halloween today and hope that you participate in the challenge.

The Gingham Cottage Suite Collection is featured today with Scary Cute Dies cut from our glimmer papers for the bats and Granny Apple Green for the spiders with Metallic Mesh Ribbon adding to our Basic Rhinestone Jewels.

This card was originally featured as a seasonal trio HERE.

Fall, Halloween, and Christmas cards can easily be created with this fabulous suite collection. The designer series paper is my favorite from the Holiday Catalog with the various colors of staple patterns in multiple colors.

As always, your shopping Supplies and Instructions, including measurements, are below.

I started out with a Highland Heather A2 card base and layered on a piece of Pumpkin Pie from Gingham Cottage DSP with liquid adhesive.

I cut the image panel to size and stamped on a wreath from Gingham Cottage Suite Collection with Highland Heather ink.

I then went about stamping and die-cutting my images for the image panel.

The small bats were cut from the Scary Cute Bundle coordinating dies with White Glimmer Paper.

The large bat was cut from Black Glitter Paper

The 3 spiders were stamped in Granny Apple Green ink and cut from their coordinating dies in the Scary Cute Bundle.

For final assembly, I collaged the bottom right with the spiders and bat to size up how long I needed to cut the Silver Metallic Mesh. The ribbon was adhered to the bottom right with a tiny bit of Seal.

The spiders were adhered with Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals. The black bat was adhered with a Mini Glue Dot.

The 3 small bats were adhered with Mini Glue Dots.

To embellish, 5 small Rhinestone Basic Jewels were scattered about the wreath accenting the glitter bats.
