Hello there! Thank you for joining me today for your November 2022 From the North Pole Paper Pumpkin Kit Resources + an alternative project.
This is such a fun kit with endless possibilities for your holiday cards and tags. Everything was so easy to create for beautifully easy Christmas projects with minimal time.
For my alternative project, I brought in a punch, jewels, and designer series paper from other holiday bundles and/or suite collections, keeping the alternative minimal to make it easier for you to recreate.
Paper Pumpkin is always such a great value because every single kit beautifully coordinates with so many of our products in current publications, no matter the season.
As always, your shopping Supplies and Instructions, including measurements, are below.
I made the above tags from the kit contents using the directions provided in the kit.
For my alternative project, I started out with an A2 top-folding 4-1/4 x 5-1/2 Shaded Spruce CS base and layered on a piece of Santa Express Designer Series Paper cut to 4-1/8 x 5-3/8 adhered with Seal Adhesive.
I took one of the kit banners for the main sentiment and stamped the outline in Shaded Spruce ink.
I also used the large circle in the kit and stamped the coordinating image from the kit in Petal Pink ink.
The white spaces in the Santa hat from the kit was colored in with our Clear Wink of Stella Glitter Brush.
The kit middle sentiment banner is 1-1/4″ in width so I cut the 2 side banners from the tags in the kit to 1″ each. I used the Banners Pick a Punch to crop the ends of the tag banners.
I layered up the large Mint Macroon glitter snowflake with one of the kit Basic White snowflakes with a Mini Stampin’ Dimensional and then added 6 red Festive Pearls to the center of the snowflake to embellish.
I cut up several full-size Stampin’ Dimensionals in half to adhere to the back of the glitter snowflake and adhered that to the center of the stamped circle from the kit.
The Santa hat from the kit was adhered with liquid adhesive at the top mid right of the circle.
For final assembly, I adhered the Ho Ho Ho banner to the back of the circle with liquid adhesive. The left and right banners were also adhered with liquid adhesive as shown. Stampin’ Dimensionals were adhered to the back of the large focal point.
After figuring out the middle of the circle, I wrapped Linen Thread around the card base x3.
I peeled off the backs of the Stampin’ Dimensionals and adhered the focal point to the card base in its entirety.
I cut 3 lengths of Linen Thread and tied a bow to the right of the focal point.
I hope you enjoyed today’s projects and please let me know if you have any questions.
