1. Main fold: 3-7/16 x 7. Score both side at 1/4″ on 7″ side. Rotate and score at 3-1/2.
2. Front decorative panel: 2-5/8 x 3-1/4. Score at 3/8 on 3 sides.
3. Mail flap: 2-7/8 x 5. Partial die-cut in Detailed Bands die. Score 1″ from the top, move 1/4″, score again. Cut at 3-1/2″ from 2nd score line.
4. Die-cut Detailed Bands top.
