As always, your shopping Supplies and Instructions, including measurements, are below.
I started out with a side-folding A2 Thick White CS base that I cut 3/4″ off the right side only by opening up the card and placing it in my Paper Trimmer so the front is 3-1/2 x 5-1/2.
I cut a piece of Basic White CS to 3-1/2 x 5-1/2. I knew that I wanted the inlay images to be more so toward the right of the card front and stamped my sentiment from Measure of Love in Merry Merlot at the bottom right-ish.
I placed the sentiment panel over the top of the card base and lined my images up over the sentiment panel to choose the size of Layering Circle Die I wanted to cut into the panel, which was 2-3/8″ at its widest point for precise centering and placement.
I stamped up from the bottom of the circle up in the below order directly onto the Basic White Thick card base:
- I used the shelf image from Welcoming Window that I stamped x3 in Balmy Blue moving the CS down 1/4″ for each impression for precision placement, and to ground the cherry bowl.
- The bowl from Measure of Love was stamped on top of the Balmy Blue in Just Jade.
- The cherries were stamped in Merry Merlot.
- The leaves and stems were stamped in Granny Apple Green.
I ran the sentiment panel through the Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine in the Gingham EF.
The scalloped Merry Merlot CS and Merry Merlot Neutrals 6 x 6 DSP to the measurements below and adhered directly under the embossed panel with Tear & Tape.
The panel was adhered to the top of the Basic White Thick CS using the L-corner of the Stamparatus for perfect placement and then done!
I hope you enjoyed today’s project and please let me know if you have any questions.
Thank you for stopping by for a visit and have a great day!
