Stacked + Layered Cups of Christmas

Hello there! Thank you for joining me today for … well, I’m kinda drawing a blank right now because I’m sitting here staring at a wind/snowstorm feeling pretty defeated, but I do have a card for you.

There is so much more to the Cup of Christmas Bundle than I’ve shown you this week, especially in not introducing the new REVERSIBLE aspect of the coffee cup images. I do plan on covering this in tomorrow’s video. You can be sure to see this innovative product in the upcoming Spring Occasions Catalog.

In the end, I cut this down to 5-1/2 in length after I took the pictures due to the overhang at the top and it looks so much more to scale. I liberally mixed Very Vanilla and Whisper White, and do that a lot. With Halloween past and having leftover Monster Bash DSP, I used one of the text print Crumb Cake patterns under the Crushed Curry gingham pattern from the Regals 6 x 6 DSP for the top cup. I strategically inlaid back in some of the cuts to create a custom pattern on this cup and the bottom cup cut from Crumb Cake and Merry Merlot CS. The middle cup was die-cut from the script pattern from the Subtles 6 x 6 DSP in Mint Macaron and overlaid the poinsettia pattern cut from Very Vanilla CS. I purposely left some of the die-cut center pieces in and added 3 Cherry Cobbler Holiday Rhinestone Basic Jewels. The cups were angled and adhered with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

Two sentiments were stamped in Merry Merlot with a small Mint Macaron sprig stamped above the sentiment. Linen Thread was tied where the Buffalo Check pattern meets the card base.

Thank you for stopping by for a visit. I will see you back tomorrow for this week’s video. Have a great day and God bless.

  1. Love the idea of the reversible stamps! Pretty clever idea! The dies are awesome too, especially that beautiful poinsettia design!
