Stampin’ Up! Only Challenge #370 | CASE Page 42 of the Spring Mini Catalog

Hello there! Thank you for joining me today for Stampin’ Up! Only Challenge #370 where we are CASEing Page 42 of the Spring Mini Catalog, and hope that you join us. CASE = Copy and share everything, creating with your own twist changing at least 3 items from what you are CASEing.

For my card, I chose the top right sketch on page 42 changing the color, tag, and designer series paper.

I used the Hope You Know stamp set with Cheerful Daisies Dies, Floral Delight DSP, and Online Exclusives of Designer Tags and Adhesive-Backed Dragonflies & Birds, sort of a hodgepodge of products put together.

As always, project specific supplies with basic supplies are below.

I started out with an A2 top-folding 4-1/4 x 5-1/2 Pecan Pie CS base and layered on a piece of Daffodil Delight gingham from Floral Delight Designer Series Paper. Another piece of Floral Delight DSP was cut and adhered to the card base with Seal.

Next, I cut the large tag from Designer Tags Dies from Lemon Lolly CS. I brought in the Hope You Know stamp set for the sentiment and stamped that at the top of the tag in Pecan Pie ink that I heat embossed with clear powder.

From the Cheerful Daisies Dies, two sprigs were cut from Pool Party CS. I used the medium daisy open die to cut the base from Daffodil Delight CS, the detail from Lemon Lolly CS with the stamen from Early Espresso CS.

I ran a length of Pool Party Pompom Ribbon through the top and bottom of the Lemon Lolly Tag that was tied at the top with Basic White Baker’s Twine. The Pool Party ribbon is from the Holiday Mini that I still had on the shelf, which I believe retired and/or is on the Last Chance|Clearance List. The tag was adhered to the card base with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

For final assembly, the layered daisies and sprigs were adhered with liquid adhesive with the die-cuts adhered to the bottom of the tag with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

Lastly, to embellish, a dragonfly from Adhesive-Backed Dragonflies & Birds was adhered to the right on the tag.
