Stampin’ Up! Only Challenge #371 | Designer’s Choice

Hello there! Thank you for joining me today for Stampin’ Up! Only Challenge #371, where our challenge is Designer’s Choice, and hope that you join us!

A Designer’s Choice challenge is just basically to have some fun using Stampin’ Up! products freely creating.

Today is our new March Online Exclusives release and I used two new products of Pattern of Friendship Die 165384 and Textured Notes Dies 165555 for our image panel. Be sure to check out the release in its entirety. There are so many fun and timeless products.

If you’ve been waiting for a substitution for Stitched Rectangles, you will find it with the Textured Notes Dies, that is part of a bundle. I kept my Stitched Rectangles on board until Textured Notes that I now will retire to one of my craft boxes or BOGO.

As always, project specific supplies with basic supplies are below.

I started out with an A2 top-folding Basic White Thick CS. All of the layers were cut to size from the designer series paper x2 and image panel from Basic White Regular CS.

To build up the layers to the image panel, and it is important where you place your adhesive; I went in the following order:

  1. The Daffodil Delight gingham pattern from Floral Delight DSP was adhered to the card base with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
  2. The 2nd DSP panel was adhered to the gingham with Seal Adhesive.
  3. The image panel embossed with the Pattern of Friendship Die and was adhered to the DSP with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
  4. The Textured Notes frame was adhered to the image panel with liquid adhesive.

This card is simple die-cutting and heat embossing with embellishments.

The sprigs were cut from Textured Floral Dies … and I just realized that I completely offset the sentiment … oh well, it will works.

I hope you enjoyed today’s project and please let me know if you have any questions.

Thank you for stopping by for a visit and have a great day!
