Hello there! In 2007, I started SUO Challenges and stepped down due to another cross-country move. Now she’s back in my hands and I’m so thrilled to present the next challenge to you, along with several new design team members! Many designers have stayed on board as well and I encourage you to take a peek at all of their blogs. We have a wonderful team of extremely talented women who will definitely inspire you.
Our theme this week is ~
You can use any stamp set from the Annual Catalog that has florals in it, which really opens up a lot of possibilities.
For my card, I used the Beautiful Bouquet Bundle and some very offbeat colors, at least for me, but it worked, I think. I’m on the fence and figured I’d best take pictures and blog before I change my mind and start all over for something more conventional. It’s a tad difficult to get into Spring with it snowing outside…again. This is getting very old! I cheated last week’s storm since I was out-of-state in beautifully warm Arizona. Mother Nature showed me, right?
This card is simply stamped using the coordinating Framelits for added dimension. The images are outstanding in this set and so easy to use. The card mat of Peekaboo Peach is dry embossed using the 3D Layering Leaves Impressions Embossing Folder. I have the Instructions with measurements listed for you below the Supply List.
I invite you to play along with us this week and please check out what the rest of the design team created for your inspiration. Challenge rules and additional information can be found on the SUO Challenges Blog. We would all love to see your work. Be sure to use keyword SUOC197 on your social media posts so we can find them.
Thank you so very much for stopping by to visit me today and God bless.

Welcome back in charge! Your card is lovely and I feel your pain as we are waiting for spring here in the UK also. I don’t even remember seeing this set in the catalogue – surprising how somethings you just miss. I run an SU FB page if you fancy joining us – we celebrate all things SU both retired and current!
