Hello there! Thank you for joining me today for Stampin’ Up! Only Challenge #320, where we are CASE’ing (copy and share everything) projects from page 5 of the 2023 Sale-A-Bration Brochure, and we hope that you join us!
You can use the sketches, the featured stamp sets from the Spring Mini Catalog and Sale-A-Bration of the Nested Friends Bundle and Thanks a Bunch, colors in the Concept Art Cards, techniques, and whatever inspires you from this page.
This is one of 2 posts today as my article in The Paper Crafting Magazine will post later today. The magazine also has a Facebook Page.
My inspiration for this challenge is the top left card and this is what I created. I brought in the Scalloped Contoured Dies, Faux Sea Glass Shapes, Linen Thread, Basic White Baker’s Twine, along with other Annual Catalog products of the Regals 6 x 6 Designer Series Paper.
My colors are Pumpkin Pie and Cajun Craze on the carrots with Granny Apple Green and Pear Pizzazz for the greenery.
I did some fussy cutting and used our Masking Paper for the outer carrot stems.
I love the print and script fonts in this stamp set.
The faux glass shapes are the perfect embellishments.
As always, your shopping Supplies and Instructions, including measurements, are below.
I started out with an A2 Basic White Thick CS and layered on a piece of Regals 6 x 6 Designer Series Paper in Pumpkin Pie with Seal Adhesive.
I cut the 2nd largest Scalloped Contour Die from Basic White Regular CS and then went about throwing some ink down.
The first thing I did was to stamp the solid carrot image from Thanks a Bunch onto the die-cut Scalloped Contours image panel in the center with Pumpkin Pie ink and layered on the carrot detail image in Cajun Craze ink. I then stamped the other 2 carrots and details as above.
The tops of the outer carrots were stamped in Granny Apple Green with center carrot in Pear Pizzazz.
I then stamped another carrot and the same stem again used for the center carrot onto a piece of scrap Basic White Regular CS and fussy cut the images with my Paper Snips.
I stamped the sentiment from the Thanks a Bunch onto a piece of Basic White Regular CS with Memento Tuxedo Black ink and then cut it to size to cover the image panel.
For final assembly, I added Stampin’ Dimensionals to the back of the carrot and stem that I stamped onto scrap paper and adhered this over the center carrot.
The sentiment was adhered to the image panel with 2 Stampin’ Dimensionals at the ends with a little bit of liquid adhesive in the center.
More Stampin’ Dimensionals were adhered to the back of the image panel and then too the card base.
Three Faux Glass Shapes were used to embellish.
I took a pieces of Basic White Baker’s Twine and Linen Thread that were tied into a bow and adhered to the center carrot with a Mini Glue Dot.
For the inside, I used the Pumpkin Pie scrap leftover from cutting the card base mat and adhered it to the bottom with Seal Adhesive.
The sentiment was stamped with Memento Tuxedo Black ink with the accent carrots stamped in Pumpkin Pie and stem in Granny Apple Green.
Lastly, a Faux Glass Shape was adhered between the sentiment and image.
I hope you enjoyed today’s project and please let me know if you have any questions.
Thank you for stopping by for a visit and have a great day!

Great card, Cindy! I love that plaid paper and I’m still excited we have it in all the colors. I have yet to ink up that carrot stamp set but you’ve made it look so good here!
So pretty, Cindy! and I love the inside, too!! I seem to forget the inside!
