Hello there! Thank you for joining me today for Stampin’ Up! Only Challenge #358 where our challenge is to create a project with your favorite technique and invite you to join us!
One of my favorite techniques that is used on pretty much everything, is die-cutting. I had some retired DSP scraps inside of the Playing In The Rain Bundle when it was a suite collection last year and used them on the card, as well as the Alphabet A La Mode Dies. I also brought back in one of the card bases from the July 2024 Painted Petals Paper Pumpkin Kit.
This was super easy to make and only took a few minutes.
As always, project specific supplies with basic supplies are below.
I started out with an A2 top-folding Old Olive card base and cut the Painted Petals July 2024 Paper Pumpkin Old Olive card base to use as a mat that was adhered to the card base.
Next I cut a piece of Granny Apple Green 6 x 6 DSP to 3-3/4 x 5-1/2. I then used the Alphabet A La Mode Dies to cut the sentiment into the designer series paper that was adhered t0 the card base with Black and Mini Black Stampin’ Dimensionals.
The DSP scraps were adhered to the card with Stampin’ Dimensionals with 2 large and 1 small Brass Butterflies used to embellish.
I hope you enjoyed today’s project and please let me know if you have any questions.
Thank you for stopping by for a visit and have a great day!

Adorable, Cindy! Love how you die cut the letters. Whenever I use that turtle stamp he always looks nervous, but your little guy looks happy!
I totally forgot how amazing it looks to use the negative of letter dies on a card. Thanks for the reminder.
