Watercolor Background with Mountain Air Concept Art Card

Hello there! Thank you for joining me today for a Concept Art card created with Mountain Air. I love everything going on with this project.

I started out with an A2 top-folding 4-1/4 x 5-1/2 Smoky Slate card base. A piece of watercolor CS was cut to 3-3/4 x 5-1/2. I used one of our Water Painters to apply water to the paper, mixed up a little potion on the side of Pumpkin Pie re-inker, and dropped it onto the watercolor paper as shown. You want to make sure that this layer is completely dry and you can use your heat tool on low if you do not have the time or patience to wait.

Once the image panel was dry, I stamped on the solid mountain image from Mountain Air onto the image panel with Rococo Rose twice. The line art mountain image was stamped with Memento Tuxedo Black onto Basic Gray CS, die-cut, and adhered to the image panel with Seal.

The sentiment was stamped onto Basic Black CS and heat embossed with white powder, then die-cut from an Ornate Frame Die.

For the trees, I adhered an Adhesive Sheet to the back of a piece of Basic Black CS and cut twice from the coordinating Mountain Air dies. The trees were adhered directly to the image panel.

The sentiment was adhered with Stampin’ Dimensionals and with the Heart Charm adhered with our Fine-Tip Glue Pen.

I hope you enjoyed today’s project!

Thank you for stopping by for a visit. Have a great day and God bless.
