Hello there! Thank you for joining me today for a gift card set created with the Welcome Window Bundle. For our Saturday video, I will show you how to create one of these cards, the tag featured on Tuesday + a box to hold the cards to gift. I hope that you join me.
These are great cards to give for a gift and the Welcoming Window Bundle makes it so easy + the Sale-A-Bration DSP of Flower & Field. This DSP has surprisingly become a favorite of mine and is still available until the end of the month with Sale-A-Bration rewards.
I started with top-folding A2 card bases of Sahara Sand, ran the front through the Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine with the largest Stitched With Whimsy die, and then inked the edges up with Whisper White Craft Ink. I also stamped the dots from Pattern Play twice on the left side of the card base in Whisper White Craft. I really wish I had used the brick image and am going to for our video. I’ll make it all work. I set the card bases aside to let dry, as craft ink can be a little fussy if you do not heat set it. I then went about my cutting of the image panel and DSP.
The sentiment was stamped in Memento Tuxedo Black at the top center of the image panel and set aside to dry. As always, your measurements and supply list is below.
The vases were stamped in Basic Gray onto Regular Basic White and die-cut out from the coordinating Window Flower Box dies. I stamped the greenery in Just Jade. There are 2 different bunches of greenery and flowers in the Welcoming Window Bundle and I used both. The flowers were stamped in Flirty Flamingo and Bumblebee and die-cut out from the coordinating Window Flower Box dies. The vases and flowers were adhered to the image panel with Stampin’ Dimensionals at the bottom center. I pulled in the Dog Punch for 4 Flirty Flamingo hearts and placed Mini Glue Dots on the back to adhere to the image panel as shown. Two Bumblebee 2020-2022 In Color Enamel Dots were also adhered to the image panel.
I cut a piece of Flower & Field DSP to 4-1/4 x 1 and die-cut in the stitched scallop edge from Stitched Be Mine at the bottom. I adhered this with Seal 1-3/4 up from the bottom of the card base and adhered the image panel on top of the DSP flush with the right side.
I tied a few lengths of Misty Moonlight/Silver Baker’s Twine from Forever Greenery Trim Combo Pack around the image panel and DSP into a bow at the left of the card base.
I hope you enjoyed today’s cards and join me on Saturday for our video. Thank you for stopping by for a visit. Have a great day and God bless.
